Tax Autopilot

Tax opportunities on autopilot — with you at the controls

Vera spots tax opportunities in your live bookkeeping and calculates what they're worth. You or your reviewer approve before anything happens. FINEO never files anything automatically with the tax authority.

Detects & calculates · you (or your reviewer) approve

From signal to saving

Four steps, always with human approval

The Autopilot detects and calculates. Executing is up to you — deliberate and reviewed.

  1. 01

    Detect

Vera scans your books daily for tax opportunities, such as unused annuity allowance or a provisional assessment that no longer fits.

  2. 02

    Calculate

Every opportunity is calculated with your real numbers: estimated benefit in euros, with the assumptions stated honestly.

  3. 03

    You approve

You or your reviewer assess the proposal. Nothing is booked or filed without your approval.

  4. 04

    Saving recorded

After execution the realised saving shows up on your savings counter — verified by your reviewer.

Two examples

What the Autopilot flags for you today

Annuity allowance: deduct annuity premium

DGA

As a DGA you often accrue little pension in your BV. Vera estimates your annuity allowance based on your BV salary and the pension premiums in your payroll — assuming you have no other income. That estimate only becomes a concrete amount after you confirm your income, factor A and premiums already paid.

If you approve the proposal, you receive a payment instruction for the annuity deposit. You make the transfer yourself from your own account. Only once the bank transaction arrives is the deposit booked — and that booking also passes through your reviewer.

Provisional assessment: avoid interest

CIT

If your profit runs ahead of forecast, you later pay tax interest on the difference. If your year is slower, money sits with the tax authority that you could use yourself. Vera continuously compares your profit projection with your provisional assessment and flags when adjusting pays off.

The Autopilot prepares an adjustment request for you: amounts, fiscal year and motivation. You submit it yourself via Mijn Belastingdienst Zakelijk — a provisional assessment cannot be changed automatically, and we don't promise otherwise.

Honest about what the Autopilot does not do

The Tax Autopilot detects and calculates. It never files anything automatically with the tax authority, never books from a recommendation and never approves itself. Every step with consequences — a deposit, an adjustment request, a booking — requires your approval or your reviewer's.

The annuity-allowance calculation touches your personal income tax and uses data FINEO doesn't fully have. Estimates are therefore always marked as estimates, and a euro amount only becomes actionable after you confirm your details. This is not tax advice.
