- Loading and unloading. You stopped briefly to load or unload, which is allowed in many places.
- Valid permit. You hold a resident or business permit that was not properly linked.
- Broken meter or outage. Paying on the spot was not possible.
How to prove it
Evidence is everything. Gather what fits your situation:
- A screenshot of your parking app with time, plate and zone.
- A bank statement or payment confirmation.
- A photo of the situation (sign, yellow line, loading bay, broken meter).
- Your permit number and validity date.
