FINEO attaches great importance to protecting your personal data. In this privacy policy we explain which data we collect, what we use it for and how we protect it.

Core principles

• European servers — All your data is stored on servers in Europe (Hetzner, Germany). No data outside the EU.
• PSD2 read-only — Bank connection via PSD2. We can only read, never transfer. We never store your bank password.
• Encryption — All your financial data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). National identifiers are encrypted separately.
• GDPR-compliant — Fully compliant with the GDPR. You can always request, export or delete your data.
• No data sales — We never sell your data to third parties. Your data is yours.
