A specialist route for scan-car parking assessments
For leasing and rental companies that want to route Dutch municipal scan-car parking assessments to a focused objection service without replacing their entire fines operation.
What is in scope?
- Dutch municipal parking-tax surcharge assessments.
- Assessments created after scan-car enforcement.
- A driver or other appellant who can authorise MijnBezwaar and provide the necessary documents.
Outside scope: CJIB/Mulder traffic fines, speeding fines, foreign fines, tolls, criminal orders and general fleet-fine administration.
Referral-link workflow
- The partner receives a recognisable referral code for the pilot.
- The partner sends the relevant driver a link such as
https://fineo.nu/mijnbezwaar/start?ref=uw-code. - The driver uploads the assessment, checks the extracted fields and signs the authorisation personally.
- The referral code and campaign attribution remain attached to the case.
Documents needed
- The complete municipal surcharge assessment, including assessment number, date and payment instruction.
- The lease or rental agreement when needed to establish the relationship between vehicle holder, partner and driver.
- Case-specific evidence, such as a parking-app receipt, permit or loading/unloading evidence, when applicable.
The public intake labels the assessment, lease/rental agreement and optional supplementary evidence separately. For the pilot we agree in advance which additional documents are necessary for the partner’s vehicle and driver relationship.
Unsupported cases
If the uploaded document is outside the supported category, the intake stops and tells the driver that MijnBezwaar will not handle it. We do not hold the case or suggest that its deadline is being monitored; the driver must follow the notice and act within its deadline.
Driver value and status
- The objection service costs the driver nothing.
- If the surcharge assessment is fully withdrawn, MijnBezwaar pays the driver/appellant €35, even if the municipality awards no costs.
- The driver follows the case across devices with the case reference and signing email address.
Pilot reporting
Referral attribution is recorded per case. Before the pilot we agree the permitted reporting fields and cadence. The driver-facing case status is live; a self-service partner dashboard, bulk upload, public partner API and contractual SLA are not part of the current launch surface.
